They look stylish and at first I was happy with them. However, I quickly found that despite the true-to-size length, the toe box is too narrow and quite deformed for most feet, including mine. They're uncomfortable too; I would have expected at least some kind of canvas lining for the outsole. I'm making this review as someone who has spent many hundreds (if not thousands) of hours in espadrilles (or as we Brits call them "boat flip flops") because they can handle water and just come in handy when they it's gardening or a short trip somewhere. (e.g. shopping, meeting friends etc.) Unfortunately I have to invest to buy my usual pair from a UK source as I know they are canvas lined on the soles and have a more normal toe size.
