I like that we can keep track of our inventory in real time while also being able to see how well everything is doing for each department, and it's very easy to set up reports so you're sure that what you want to have happen does! The only con would be if there were more options for colors because sometimes when customers are waiting their turn they stand out too much but other than that it has been great! You should definitely try this product out! We've streamlined our operations so much with qmagik; from keeping track of salespeople productivity to getting updated information about how many people wait in line at any given time. Now everyone knows exactly where things need to go next instead of having to ask around which makes us all feel better knowing that our processes run smoother.
