well I bought it first as a Revain stock offer and the item was boxed without the X and Y axis packing clips that eventually broke the X-axis and the printhead during shipping. I returned the stock trade and bought a NEW Revain Prime unit for another $217. The new unit arrived today and appeared to be very well packaged, all clamps are present and it was freshly packed in the original factory box. However, after several attempts to perform the initial calibration, the printer displays a nozzle control error message. I contacted Cel Robox technical support and they found that the printhead was defective. The technician offered to ship the parts or call me or send the item back to Robox for repair. I was about to opt for parts shipping when the representative also pointed out that the item received was a very old serial number (from 2015) and many hardware upgrades needed to be done on this printer to make it 100% correct. He also explained that the printer would take up to 60 days to manufacture. I then decided to return the item to Revain for a refund. I'm sure it's a good machine when bought new, but the stock Revain has is old stock, even if you get a new one in the box.
