I tried a cold drink by mixing water and ground coffee and then pouring the solution through a filter or strainer to get a good result. The filter took FOREVER to use and was messy and the screen always lacked a bit of grinding. So this looked like a good alternative. I ordered it and put the coffee grounds in a bag, put the bag in water in a pitcher and left it in the fridge overnight, then just pulled out the bag and squeezed it out with my hands. There is almost no coffee grounds in the mix, and that's only because it's so small it's almost impossible to miss, and the coffee is delicious. It is very easy to clean as you simply take it out, dump out the residue and rinse the bag. I've washed the bags in the dishwasher once to sanitize them, otherwise I just rinse them out and let them dry. I know they won't last forever but they do the job perfectly. I will buy more when they are no longer useful.
