Review on πŸ”‹ ACDelco AA Insta-Use: Precharged Rechargeable Batteries (16 Pack) - Save Time and Money! by Andrew Smith

Pre-charged batteries can be recharged before use - 16 AA - short lived

** June 2020 update - 4 batteries stopped charging, main use was in Xbox controller ** These batteries cost much more than disposable batteries the batteries that my children are going through this summer with their playground equipment. With that, I figured it was time to try rechargeable descenders. With a 16-pack I get more than enough of their controllers in use and adequately charged. They don't last as long as the alkaline ones we've used, but don't lag too far. No major complaints so far, so that's good. They had to run a charger (not included, sold separately) as it shows they are all dead. As already mentioned, rechargeable batteries have a lower charge. voltage, then a standard battery. If you have something that only uses 1 or 2 (like a TV remote or a game controller) you won't notice a huge difference in performance in my opinion. If you have an RC car or airplane remote controller that requires 8 or more of these, the 1.2 volt difference for a rechargeable battery versus 1.5 volts for a standard battery, you will likely notice the difference sooner. For this reason, I'm not sure if I want to try them in my security cameras, which I haven't visited in months to see what's going on on the mountain property so as not to miss anything. Maybe I'll try it in 1 to see what's up. I think I'll have to update this review in a few months.
