The product is the most common, it could be worse.
Since I had already placed an order for a chandelier of this kind (on Amazon), I made the decision to purchase an identical one that was already available for purchase. As a direct consequence of this, they did not bring the remote control with them! The significance of the chandelier can no longer be understood without it. I need a remote control, but you don't offer it separately, so I can't even buy it as an additional item. Could you please get in touch with me so we can handle this issue?
