This monitor is excellent and probably the best choice for most users. But the caveat is serious enough that I've only given it three stars overall, and is largely the result of poor disclosure of features in the marketing materials. I've read (several) reviews, ASUS documentation, etc. It is cumbersome to change input sources. And when you have two (or more) monitors side by side, you can almost never change the input except on the rightmost monitor. To change the input (e.g.) from Displayport to HDMI or HDMI-DVI, you need to reach the joystick behind the monitor in the lower right corner and do the following: click, up, up, up, right, up, click . There is NO other way to do this. So if you have a monitor that you want to connect and switch between multiple devices, think twice before buying this monitor.
