Doesn't remember devices as it claims.

The only problem I have is that it doesn't automatically switch between devices when I hold the Fn key and Q, W or E. When I'm connected to a computer and try to switch my phone or iPad won't remember any devices. When I try to connect the keyboard manually, I get a connection error message and I have to forget the keyboard in the device's Bluetooth option and start over as if it were a new connection.
