Cut surface too soft
Cut surface too soft. I've used this about 8 or 10 times and the surface is really knife marked. I haven't had this problem with other boards and have basically just cut tomatoes. I suspect the material is too soft. I really like the other features of the board, but I wouldn't buy it again. I think I'll throw it away. I'm concerned that some of the plate material might chip off during cooking.
