Review on 📔 Strathmore 480-5 Softcover Art Journal, 5.5x8 inches, White, 80 Pages by Carla Anderson

I am a practicing architect. I have a lot of meetings in conference rooms, dirty workshops or on site. I have to keep notes and sketches in the same place so I can refer to them later. I always have to have paper and a pen with me. This album is the perfect combination of all of that. The correct size is about 8" x 10" as I want something big enough for a detailed drawing on the page but not too big that it becomes unwieldy. Medium weight paper and a strong but flexible cover work for me. Great balance between cost and product. These are work laptops that get the job done. I can toss them in my bag or just carry them to a meeting, turn the envelope over to share notes and drawings, rip out a page and not bother, grab a marker for heavier lines without worrying too much about bleeding close. Side. i can go on I've had natural, gray and brown sides but I prefer natural ones. Others seem too dark for a pencil so don't work for me. It took me years to find the perfect notebook for my needs and here it is. I buy them in sets of about four and I have a stack of albums in my files from almost five years ago. If Strathmore stops making them, I don't know what I'll do. I highly recommend you try this sketchbook.
