I like that it is easy to set up, allows for multiple users with different roles (sales/support), has an API which can be used in your own applications or as part of your CRM system etc., offers excellent support through phone calls / chat but also via forums when needed - very helpful! Can't think about anything at this moment :) Would love if you could have more integrations available e.g. Salesforce would make sense since we are using SFDC already so far ;) Very happy user here :). Automating our daily workflows by creating rules between fields from various sources such us emails sent out internally within sales channels + external data sets provided externally = huge time saver!
