Great tool and even better customer service

I like that it is easy to set up, allows for multiple users with different roles (sales/support), has an API which can be used in your own applications or as part of your CRM system etc., offers excellent support through phone calls / chat but also via forums when needed - very helpful! Can't think about anything at this moment :) Would love if you could have more integrations available e.g. Salesforce would make sense since we are using SFDC already so far ;) Very happy user here :)…

Pros
  • Easy interface & documentation
  • Great customer service team.
  • Extremely flexible product offering many possibilities both individually per client's requirements AND centrally across whole organization including automation aspects too ! Excellent value proposition overall..Can not really ask anymore : )

The test results were excellent.

It was simple, fast and super user friendly. I did my best to put them through their paces and make sure everything worked smoothly for them. And the report we received back from them, was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you so much for taking the time to look into our project! We are so happy to have found such a great tool and team to help us out. They gave very good feedback regarding design issues that they identified while testing, as well as pointing out some things they thought…

Pros
  • I liked how you could customize it by adding more tests, modifying existing ones or deleting.
  • All of the workflows are clearly laid out and you know right away how each step will go.
Cons
  • I did find plenty of tutorials online, but they weren't very detailed
  • Overall, the dashboard ran fine though.
