It slips with my leather seats. When I get in/out of the car, my seat adjusts, so the constant adjustment moves the organizer and I have to fix it almost every time. I was in traffic once, got clipped and had to hit the brakes and it really came off my foot paddles so now I make sure to put it back in place every time I get in the car. I wish the foam had a stickier side to try and hold it in place. Other than that, it matches my car perfectly - I have black leather and red stitching so it doesn't look out of the ordinary. It definitely makes it more convenient for me to have on hand.
