Received in an envelope. When I opened it, the lid came off the jar and was broken in 4 places. Wooden spatula was all over the envelope. Yes. Luckily I had a bottle on hand and pulled it out of the envelope. It was quite dirty but washed off easily with water. I put it on a test pattern and it got pretty dark. It dried quickly and I could barely see where I was using it. Fast sand, and he was practically invisible. I've used it for little pauses on an item I'm building and it's invisible. It is easy to sand, easy to clean, accepts oil without discoloration. You can't ask for more from a product. If Revain had packaged this better I would buy it again. I will not do this from Revain as I like to have the product in the original packaging. I'm just glad I was able to use it.
