So far so good, inside still dry after cleaning the roof

So far so good. Finally, I sealed the trim that connects the fiberglass front cover to the TPO membrane of a 2005 Weekend Warrior FS2600 toy truck. There is a vinyl insert that does an excellent job of keeping the water in the vinyl track and slowly seeping into the corner. I've tried overlapping the corners of the guide insert with sealant several times with little success. The roof needs to be replaced but currently there is no time, good location or funds to start the project so I bought it to live another year, two at most. I did a thorough cleaning with a krud cutter, then denatured alcohol, then sanded the TPO with sandpaper as directed, then wiped it down with alcohol again. I cut around my ladder fixtures first and made sure to double/triple check the cuts. Once the backing is removed you have a chance to put them where you want them. I parted the backing, starting in the middle, working around and under the stairs first, then separating the pieces one at a time, running a strip down the sides, up and over the side rails, then trimming off the ends. I used some large ratchet bits (with rounded edges) and the palm/fingers of my hand to squeeze the band firmly rather than buying a $20 roll. I waited a day or two and checked all the edges to make sure nothing was peeling. Then take some overlapping caulk to seal the ladder brackets/cutouts and ends and the edges. Shortly after that it rained a few days here in Seattle and I was still dry under the front of the roof (I can access the area from the inside to verify this as I opened the top front wall of the closet to access the front parking lights and check this leak problem sooner). I was also up to clean the roof here in the north west before the rainy season started. I'm still dry.
