Industrial-grade RV Roof Repair Tape that delivers a watertight sealing on RV roof, windows, and vent; shutting off moisture, dust and corrosive chemicals. This RV Sealant tape withstands extreme outdoor conditions: heat (230F), UV exposure, freezing (-60F) and dust. Mess-free RV rubber repair tape adhesive delivers a neat finish, EMPOWERING the AVERAGE RV owner with little to NO EXPERIENCE in repair to achieve a PROFESSIONAL-grade repair. Flexible rubber surface allows the white camper repair tape to curve and flex, enabling repairs not just on flat surfaces, but also on curved corners. Self-priming butyl adhesive also enables users to install the tape with little surface prep and still deliver a long-term to permanent repair.

This can cause leaks if u don't catch this

The role has places where you can see in the picture that has no material you do have to massage it to make it stick and I guess they figure you'll move it back and forth and fill their mistakes the cellophane on the back is hard to get off tears and all kinds of directions and leaves little pieces on the sealant which I found out after I put a piece on and had to put a ugly patch over it which is the only way you're going to seal that up it turned into a pretty good mess good luck with this…

Pros
  • Very effective for sealing or RV roofs
Cons
  • Limited effectiveness in extreme weather conditions

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Absolute garbage, what a waste.

Used this to seal the seams on my RV roof. The backing stuff was incredibly difficult to get off without it tearing to shreds, making me have to go back & try to get all the tiny pieces off before I could lay any of it down, which is very difficult after you've taken some of it off. About half of it ended up getting stuck together and thrown in the trash because their was no way to salvage it. Sucks to have wasted that much money for something that I could have purchased from another seller for

Pros
  • Works well
Cons
  • Can discolor over time

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Difficult to apply in my review

Enough to go completely around a 16’ cargo trailer roof edge. Even some left over. It’s butyl so of course it sticks like crazy. On the downside, getting the clear plastic backer peeled away is super difficult. The backer is very thin and the butyl is super sticky. I’ve used other butyl tape that has a coated paper backer which is much easier to peel away.

Pros
  • Perfect for manufactured home seam repairs!!!
Cons
  • not white cant use it

Move Over Gorilla Tape!

Quality durable rv tape. Strong adhesion and weatherproof when applied correctly. Wish it came in different colors but that's about all there is to wish. The product delivers and at a fraction of the price of competitors. Move over gorilla tape!

Pros
  • Its a great repair or upkeep product. A must for annual roof servicing
Cons
  • Can be difficult to remove when it has been on for an extended period of time

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Don't do it. for my opinion

After 3 weeks the white tape turned a sickly yellow, the screws on the edge trim poked holes in the tape and as you can see the tape itself is starting to deteriorate. Going to have to buy Eternabond and redo the whole rv roof. This product is a complete waste of your time and money.

Pros
  • Very easy to use
Cons
  • Appears to be a quality tape see how it holds up

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Makes a great seal.

The hard part is preping and cleaning ofg the old sealant. This product is pretty stright forward, seals great? I used the 3" wide roll on my utility trailer, very pleased.

Pros
  • Thick!
Cons
  • Can be difficult to apply when wearing gloves

Wonder Product best in my review

I have purchased 4 rolls of this tape and used it on my roof to seal seams. Roof is plywood covered with polycarbonate sheeting. Was leaking, but no more.

Pros
  • Versatile
Cons
  • May not be strong enough to repair or seal larger gaps or cracks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Impressed. Better than expected.

Heavy duty tape. Seems very durable. I would consider using this as flashing tape for a roof even. I have difficulty peeling back the adhesive cover, but that might just be my clumsiness more than anything! Looks like some good stuff, we'll see how it holds up.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • May not be fire retardant or resistant

So far so good: my feedback

This is much easier to use then the caulking gun with a tube of lap sealant, but not as exactly the same material either. It adheres well, but does not fill holes or cracks, it simply covers them with a very good quality patch. I would buy this again without hesitation, but still use regular lap sealant and a caulking gun for other applications.

Pros
  • This item is a life saver
Cons
  • Can leave a sticky residue when removed

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The product was too thick

I thought the thickness would be thinner. It was difficult to work with around anything other than horizontal or vertical edges,

Pros
  • I use it and I liked it
Cons
  • Can be difficult to get a uniform application

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Doesn't look good best in my review

When I put it down there was the grey sticky adhesion stuff coming out on both sides. I had to put white duct tape over it to make it look good. If I didn't any leaf, pine needles, etc, would stick to it n look terrible. Would not buy again n regret buying it this time.

Pros
  • Used the product on rv roof.
Cons
  • May be difficult to cut to size

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Seems to be high quality

Product arrived fast! Feels nice and heavy. Haven't used it yet but I can tell it's good quality. I'll update after I apply this to my RVs roof.

Pros
  • This tape is wide enough to take care of uneven or hard to get to surfaces.
Cons
  • May require frequent reapplication

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Quality was subpar and adhesive was just Ok

Was kinda cheap, and the roll was messed up, some of the gue was seeping on the edges and did not seem to glue down as well as I expected. will see how it hold up with the rain and sun

Pros
  • Great product and great value
Cons
  • May not adhere well to wet or damp surfaces

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Does not last. good for me

Product seemed really nice and very tough took a little bit to put it on thought it would do the job did not even last 2 years cracking and coming apart

Pros
  • Great
Cons
  • May not work well for repairs on curved or uneven surfaces

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Sticks like crazy in my review

I sealed cracks & gaps on multiple areas of my camper (rubber roof, corners of metal siding & around plastic vents) & it worked great. It can be a bit tricky to get the clear plastic off of the sticky side.

Pros
  • Much easier and cleaner than regular butyl caulk!
Cons
  • Can be messy and difficult to work with in hot temperatures

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Go with the thicker stuff- don’t skimp.

It is so thin in some spots it barely covers, I am not confident that this will provide a watertight seal. Has to be placed completely horizontal or else the edges will come up.

Pros
  • RV Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • May require additional reinforcement for certain repairs

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Doesn't last: my feedback

Only lasted about 20 months, and then was all cracked and falling apart, so yeah that's pretty much useless. It was easy to install, backing wasn't terrible to pull off, and the product look good once it was laid down.

Pros
  • This item is exactly as described. It arrived quickly and in good condition.
Cons
  • It wasn't even the right stuff I need to corner tape but it's not too bad a stuff I guess

Revainrating 2 out of 5

backing does not come off cleanly

The plastic backing is too thin and rips when trying to remove it. It rips in this slivers that are very difficult to remove.

Pros
  • Industrial-grade RV Roof Repair Tape that delivers a watertight sealing on RV roof, windows, and vent; shutting off moisture, dust and corrosive chemicals.
Cons
  • May not be able to withstand heavy foot traffic or other wear and tear

Revainrating 5 out of 5

worked well for me.

stuck fine with very little prep. the clear layer came off with relative ease. the thickness is fine to. would buy again.

Pros
  • used to seal leak in the top of a trailer slideout
Cons
  • Adhesive may not be strong enough for more heavy-duty repairs

Revainrating 5 out of 5

White repair tape. for my opinion

Looks like it’s going to work. I’ll update if I have problems in future, but for now it’s doing great. Only been in use 4 days at this point.

Pros
  • Worked Great. No leaks.
Cons
  • May not provide a waterproof or airtight seal
