I like a few things about them. Firstly I love that they came in a 2 pack because we have 2 TVs that require remote controls. Second, I like that the back is thicker and textured with grooves for a comfortable grip. I also love that they cover every part of the remote except the button because I have wild kids with oily fingers and a frail two year old who struggles with the word "no" but manages his anger by throwing things around. So our consoles always break because the backs fall off. I think the material could be stronger, especially where the strap goes in (it wouldn't last a day in my house so I gave up). I'm deducting a star because of the value, as one had a small tear, as can be seen in the picture. I took a photo first because I was concerned that the gap would crack completely when the remote was inserted, but as you can see in the second picture that didn't happen, or at least not that much. I didn't bother with a return or replacement because you shouldn't bother and I'm sure my kids are worse off. But it shouldn't have come damaged. I glow pretty decently (blue) when charged in natural sunlight. I didn't actually buy it for this, but I tested it for a review. All in all I would buy it again and probably have to.
