I checked the rubber bushing screws and found that each bracket had at least one screw that was loose. I tried removing the screws to apply the Loctite, one came out easily and the other took some effort. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, other than there being no way to keep the round button heads on the insert that the screw threads into. No matter how I tried to hold the insert (taping the surface with electrical tape and holding the round head with a rag and pliers), I couldn't help but damage the chrome finish. The insert heads should be hex like a screw so you can hold them with a wrench or push against the bracket to keep them from turning. They were easy to install on the 2021 Road Glide Special and would have gotten 5 stars were it not for the button-head inserts that prevent undamaged tightening of the bushing bolts.
