Review on Dowling Magnets DHS01 Horseshoe Magnet by Brian Rivenbark

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Disappointing the best material handling products

I expected from the metals we used in school. Unfortunately it's all plastic with magnets underneath. I should have read other reviews before ordering.

Pros
 •
The jumbo size is perfect for little hands - bigger than other large horseshoe magnets! A great first magnet for any curious little explorer. Poke around your home or classroom to see what items are attracted to a magnet! It features a regular horseshoe shape, solid red color, convenient top opening, secure ceramic magnets in the legs and marked bars. (Ceramic magnets are the lightest and most economical magnets.) Lifts up to 4 pounds. Height is measured in inches. Usage Tips: Avoid falls and bumps. While they are more durable in a plastic case (like this product), ceramic magnets can crack or shatter if dropped or hit hard. This is a property of the ceramic material. In addition, any magnet, if dropped or hit, can lose its magnetism - its domains inside can shift. Storage: Keep all magnets away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Tested child safety for children from 3 years/PreK+ classes.
