Magnetic Disappointment

Based on my experience, this magnet falls short of industrial and scientific standards .While it may have SOME basic uses, it lacks the strength and durability needed for heavy-duty applications. Its small size and weak grip make it an ineffective tool for material handling..

Pros
 • Lightweight and easy to handle.
Cons
 • Poor magnet strength and durability for industrial use.

A Magnet with Pulling Power

This horseshoe magnet is an essential tool for anyone in the industrial and scientific world. Using this product, our team found that it had a powerful magnetic force, making it easy to pick up and move metal objects. The compact size and weight made it the PERFECT magnet to keep in our tool kit. However, the magnet is not as durable as we had hoped, and the paint on the magnet chipped away easily. Overall, this is a great magnet for anyone in Material Handling Products, with strong pulling…

Pros
 • Strong magnetic force that can pick up small and lightweight objects.
Cons
 • Not suitable for picking up large or heavy items.

Disappointing the best material handling products

I expected from the metals we used in school. Unfortunately it's all plastic with magnets underneath. I should have read other reviews before ordering.

Pros
 •
The jumbo size is perfect for little hands - bigger than other large horseshoe magnets! A great first magnet for any curious little explorer. Poke around your home or classroom to see what items are attracted to a magnet! It features a regular horseshoe shape, solid red color, convenient top opening, secure ceramic magnets in the legs and marked bars. (Ceramic magnets are the lightest and most economical magnets.) Lifts up to 4 pounds. Height is measured in inches. Usage Tips: Avoid falls and bumps. While they are more durable in a plastic case (like this product), ceramic magnets can crack or shatter if dropped or hit hard. This is a property of the ceramic material. In addition, any magnet, if dropped or hit, can lose its magnetism - its domains inside can shift. Storage: Keep all magnets away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Tested child safety for children from 3 years/PreK+ classes.

Cons
 • I don't remember, but there was something
