This software helps me to track my inventory, so I am always aware of whether or not it's profitable at any time during business hours (since this program runs 24/7). It has helped us cut down our loss by almost 50%.It also provides great support when you need them most! There are many things that can be improved such as adding more features but we're working towards making those improvements right away next release :) Our reps sell products with very low profit margins which makes being able to keep accurate stock levels crucial because if they run out before an order comes through then there will definitely be losses from returns / refunds etc.. We have been using alpha rep ricers for over 6 months now & haven't had one single issue since day 1!! It's very simple to use, I've used it with amazon products that have had price changes within hours of them being posted but not updated yet so my customers are charged incorrectly! This has never happened before though as they update their prices quickly enough after posting (which takes ages). So far no problems at all- just keep checking your listings regularly if you want to be sure everything gets done correctly!!
