Ok, I'm new to the air fryer game. After some research, I picked this Kalorik because of the oven style and added features. I'm still in the getting to know you phase, but here's what I learned so far.1. Air Fryer is more aptly called an Air Roaster than Fryer. There's nothing fried about this process. Anything I've tried to fry comes out too dry or too damp. Vegetables come out roasted at best not fried. Homemade fries I'm still perfecting after 5-6 tries. Coated shrimp, well the coating didn't stick even though I followed manufacturer recipe.2. Big Learning Curve. Most recipes say temperature and times "vary" by your air fryer. So there is tons of learning how *your* air fryer works. Big learning curves which takes time and money to get even the simplest things right like eggs in ramekin. I wish manufacturer had more video recipes to show how this specific fryer works. I suspect I have yet to realize the full range of features and benefits.3. Pleasant surprises. Food tastes juicier and well better. Lots of flavors that is distinct from other types of cooking. Chicken, fish pops with juice and flavor. I did a Cornish hen on the spit. Heavenly!4. Buyers Regret. This Kalorik is probably too big in size and features than for what I actually need. I hindsight I could have used a basket fryer but that seemed too small to ma
