Purchased with three EWS360APs. Some features work great, others are completely broken. Guest Wi-Fi and captive portal will not work even after four firmware upgrades. If you need basic managed APs with no guest wi-fi, it is a reasonably priced solution that seems to work. Anything else is really just a gamble.Email-based tech support only. Average response time is about 5 days. They never read the question--after 3 weeks I think I've determined that they can't read English. They just skim the question looking for tidbits that they recognize, give you a canned response that someone else wrote for them, and then immediately flag the problem as "solved".Our customer is reasonably happy, but only because we didn't charge them for all the extra support hours. I kinda feel like we got ripped off. No fault of Revain, just an ok, but not great product.
