Good option if your looking into outsourcing IT services
I like that it is very simple for people who know nothing about coding to create bots using text messages as an interface between our customers and us.
The customer support team can be quite slow at times but they are always willing to help you out! There isn't anything i dislike right now other than maybe having more features would make things easier when creating new ones. We have been able to automate many of our processes which has really helped improve efficiency in some departments within my organization.
Pros
- Easy integration with Facebook messenger
- Great service from their dedicated social media agent.
- They love what we do here so much because its awesome :)
- Very quick turn around time compared tp most software development companies/agenciesI'm not sure there's any downsides since this product works perfectly fine once installed properly

- Almost everything is ok
