I am very disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. At first I thought it was great because it sucks very well and pulls well. However, I hardly used the machine and the end where the power head attaches to the wand broke. In fact, the end of the wand broke off. Why would anyone attach plastic to metal? Obviously not checked. So I ordered a new wand for over $80 and barely used it and it broke again in the same place. I'm not picky about my car, I've had other brands for years and have never had a problem with buying expensive repairs. I'm wondering if this is just a way to make more money from people? Very disappointed and angry! I'm 66 years old and have a steady income, I don't have to pay anything for that!
