I purchased this product Oct. 24th, 2019 and loved it until recently. I used this product daily to keep up with my daily water intake and was initially very pleased. After 1 month of use, the hinge that keep the lip mouth piece covered became dislodged. This ultimately renders this product useless if the lid is lost. If I would of known that the lid's hinge was this fragile and would break after 1 month of use, I would of not purchased this item.EDIT: The seller reached out to me after seeing the picture of my broken lid and has decided to send me two new caps. Great customer service!
