First I used this eyelash serum as a primer. It's clear and quite wet. Unlike most primers, it doesn't have a color so I can see where I'm applying the product, but on the plus side it doesn't show a white cast when I'm applying mascara. After applying the mascara as usual, I did not see the increase in the lashes and their thickening. They looked the same as always. I only used this booster on bare lashes for about a week before bed. My lashes are a bit softer the next morning but it will take time to see if any product can make my lashes longer or more groomed. I wanted to use it as a base because it was good for my lashes and could help add length and volume, but it didn't. I am blown away by this product. I haven't given it a chance to do anything special by wearing it alone, but I know it's not a good foundation. I'm giving it 3 stars for now. If I have any issues or see any improvement in my lashes I will update and re-evaluate accordingly.
