I've had this rechargeable shaver for a few days now. I charged it for over 24 hours straight. However, this only takes about 15 minutes. It takes days to complete an article. I regularly brush out any lint, even with the small brush that comes with the kit. It takes several days to clean an item. If anyone can recommend another shaver that runs on regular batteries or plugs into an outlet please let me know. Many Thanks. Follow up: I've used this razor quite a bit since I've had so many sweaters. It works when it works, but unfortunately the batteries run out very quickly. I need an average of 1-2 sweaters a day because the batteries run out so quickly. I've noticed that when I open the razor head and clean the blades, it works a little longer and better. But today he died and the light won't come on. I only had it a few days! I ordered another plug-in shaver because constantly dealing with those dying batteries just doesn't work for me. I do not recommend this product for this reason. "Rechargeable" batteries are too cheap and short-lived.
