Good thing there is no wind noise. The bad thing is that it doesn't pick up signals more than 25 miles away. I live in the country so I need better reception. I will say that this is a third shorter than the factory antenna I bought. None of them work with my truck. I bought a 12" chrome antenna for my 2016 F150 XLT and it worked the same as the factory antenna. Also, one of the antennas I bought for this truck works on my husband's 2015 F150 Platinum. Since the antennas I bought from this seller worked on our other, older trucks, I have to conclude that there might be something different in my 2017.
