I cook every day. EVERY DAY. I'm very picky about what goes into my kitchen and if something I don't like or don't meet my expectations, I give it away. This is my second of these wonderful pans. They are heavy glass. Lids fit well. I love the jagged edges on this one. They are easy to remove. Can be washed in the dishwasher. The lids open through the freezer. My other frying pan is 4 years old and still looks new after daily use. I'll give him two ladles!
