I like how it's easy to use, as well has being very user friendly for both new staff members at our organization or experienced ones when they return from vacation! There are not many things about this product so far because we have only used what comes with their plan (loan/lease products) since there isn't much out of box functionality available yet if you want other types such financials etc.. You can also try contacting them online directly through support tickets which helps resolve any issues quickly than sending an email back-and forth trying figure stuff ourselves before reaching someone who knows more then us via ticketing service :) Great way get some help fast without having too high expectations by asking questions right away in person vs waiting months until your supervisor gets around answering emails :). Easy solution now using cloud services instead paper documents stored offsite & hard copies everywhere - no longer need physical.
