Metal skewers are a must have in your garden. No more splinters or burnt chopsticks when preparing delicious meat and vegetable skewers. It also saves time that would normally be spent soaking wooden skewers to prevent inevitable burning. Meat and vegetables slide right through the pointed tip and are instantly cooked and ready to eat. I use them at temperatures up to 500 degrees without problems. They're relatively easy to clean, but cleaning inside the "loop" at the end can be cumbersome. The bottle brush does a good job of removing grill grease/smoke from the small hoops on the end.
