Quick and Dirty Desktop Power Supply
These patch panels are simple but effective. Separate fuses for each circuit are good. The power button and LED indicator are nice to have. I have verified that they also work with your old 20-pin ATX connectors. The only criticism is that the ATX connector is very tight.
