The TimeCity case for the Galaxy Tab 8.4 is a marvel of thoughtful design. The package includes a shoulder strap, two "covers" for the screen (one with glass, one without), a silicone frame (acts like a rubber frame) that surrounds the device, a plastic base plate with wrist strap, and a rotating stand . , and finally 2 small toothpick sized picks needed to attach and remove the silicone frame. As others have noted, installing a shoulder strap is optional, but must be addressed early in the installation process. The only criticism is the instructional video. The instructions contain a URL to view, and it is very important to view them. I found it impossible to follow the game on the phone because it goes through 6 or 7 frames pretty quickly and it's difficult to stop in the right place. The only way to follow the instructions was to type the URL into YouTube on my laptop and pause the video at each frame.
