Works great on boats! First of all, don't use this if you don't have a good buffer and have never built a boat! The gelcoat is thicker on the boat, unlike car paint with clear coat! These boats are really bad. I will wet sand 400 grit then 800 grit and then use that and then use 3m wax to sand it down and it will keep the boat looking new if you know what you are doing. It's a full time job. work a few hours You can wreck your boat if you don't know what you are doing, at least watch some youtube videos!
