Has not been used in production so my comment is limited to the assembly process only. The internal diffuser is supposed to be attached inside with four Velcro straps. My device came with Velcro straps that were too short, and when I tried to stretch the fourth strap to take advantage of internal diffusion, it broke. The internal diffusion straps are very flimsy, especially for this amount of money for this particular softbox. Not a good first impression and I haven't found a way to buy additional internal diffusers yet. Update: I went to Lowe's and bought a roll of velcro. I cut off all four thin straps and replaced them with strong velcro straps. In total we spent 2 hours trying to solve this particular problem.
