Wow those shocks are great! They went so easy on my '66 Mustang. On the old ones, we first remove the upper nut, unscrew the strut, then jack it up, fix it with stands, remove the wheel, unscrew the lower nuts and take out the old one. Simply reverse the process to put on a new one. If you remove the top nut before lifting the car, you don't have to lift the lever. The driving difference was big. They are the same as OEM and half the price you would pay for that brand at a major auto parts store.
