Snaps broken right out of the box. Inconsistencies between what I received and what was suggested in the Voyager manual. "Never connect the solar panel to the controller before the battery" - the panel/controller is hardwired. The schematic shows a 30A fuse on the positive line between the panel and the controller - this was not provided. The schematic shows a 30A fuse between the controller and the battery - a 15A fuse is included. Not to mention the 16 foot cables I bought from Renogy are 14 feet long. Dear management, give your service department a break and give them a few simple instructions. Does ease of use mean a repeat order? I ordered a second panel kit and this time it came with a 10 amp fuse which of course blew within an hour. I do not understand that. And as another wrote, using velcro and tape to secure the controller just doesn't work.
