It's easy to use in terms of creating new projects or adding existing ones. Also you can easily share your reports with others (e.g. clients). The only thing I don't like is that it sometimes takes too long until all fields are filled out/displayed correctly when using multiple tabs within one report. We've been able to create many different types of reporting without having to hire someone else who knows how to do so! Our team has also learned how to customize our own dashboards. My biggest challenge was finding an integration platform which would allow us to add custom functionality as well as being integrated properly with other systems such as Salesforce.
