The interface is very user friendly with great visualizations that are easy understand even without any technical background! We love how it integrates all our tools in one place so we can see where time was spent versus what tasks were completed or not (by client). It's easy to use in terms of creating new projects or adding existing ones. Also you can easily share your reports with others (e.g. clients). The only thing I don't like is that it sometimes takes too long until all fields are filled out/displayed correctly when using multiple tabs within one report. The best thing about PRIC is its flexibility in customization as per our requirements which helps us save time during execution phase especially when we are dealing with large projects & complicated ones at same times!
