The interface is very user friendly with great visualizations that are easy understand even without any technical background! We love how it integrates all our tools in one place so we can see where time was spent versus what tasks were completed or not (by client).
I wish there could be more reporting options available but they have been working hard at improving these features as well which has helped us immensely over recent months/years since launch date!! Also would like integration between PRic & PPMN - however currently only possible through manual entry via Excel file uploads instead if being able directly within each other's system interfaces when using them together. Would recommend taking advantage now while you're still early enough during your implementation process before upgrades become necessary later down-the road because once those happen some things may break out right away causing additional headaches / delays etc.. It will help keep track.
