5/10/20 - Review updated What a waste of money. I can't use this vacuum for more than 10 minutes without it being picked up in at least one of three different places. I don't even use it to collect anything more than crumbs. He has trouble with anything big enough to be visible. So not only does it work for 30 minutes when it works well (which is unlikely), you still have to manually clean different areas every 5 minutes. This is an absolute nightmare. It started out strong and then quickly fizzled out over the course of a few months. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VACUUM CLEANER!--------------------28.02.2020Pros: This is a good cordless vacuum cleaner in terms of suction power. We have two cats and this vacuum cleaner picks up every last bit of pet hair, lint, dust etc with no problem. I've tried other similar products but decided to leave this one because I have the longest nozzle of any vacuum cleaner for cleaning floors, there is a spring on the hinge that helps retract the vacuum cleaner. This spring is making a big difference to my wrists. Cons: The vacuum cleaner does not stay on for more than 30 minutes. This time is simply not enough to clean a large house. The fact that the battery life is so short makes me vacuum more often during the week. For me personally, short battery life kills the point of using a wireless device. If it's only going to be left on for a small room or two, a cord isn't impractical. Having freedom of movement with a cordless vacuum cleaner but still giving the vacuum cleaner such a short runtime is very limited. I hope the company makes some replacement batteries and offers them at reasonable prices. I wish the vacuum cleaner was wider.
