We use it on our truck, two cars and a jeep SUV with big tires and we have been helping the neighbors so probably uses it once or twice a week. It works great, but the "cartridge" (the part that attaches to the tire nipple) wears out after about a year. The only way to replace it from Viair is to buy the entire hose assembly for $39.95. Then, about two years later, the hose on the compressor broke and we had to replace it at Viair for $65. I expressed my disappointment when I called their tech support so they gave me a hose assembly for $20, a tube assembly for the regular $65 and paid shipping so their customer service is good. Update: The Viair tech support rep told me to replace the rubber insert (see my photo) in the "cartridge" and it would stop slipping off the tire valves or leaking. These rubber inserts are available from Viair. You need basic tools to push out the metal pin holding the cartridge and then push it back in. So if you use this pump as much as we do, you'll need to do this from time to time. You should change the design/construction of this cartridge, but in any case this will fix the situation.
