didn't heat

I asked to return this a few hours after delivery, it didn't heat and I tried several sockets and the like. to open downwards, most likely the second screw will not stay in the upper heating plate. The hole is too big so it's not secure and it's so hard to adjust which can cause the rear screw to loosen. To be honest it's a complete mess. Don't worry if there are many for the same price and the timer doesn't start automatically when you close it - you have to press the button each time.
