Review on RC Pet Products Slicker Spring Dogs for Apparel & Accessories by Danielle Davis

We were on the Oregon Coast a few weeks ago during the rainy season. Our dog, a smooth coated border collie, loves to play but hates getting wet and because his coat is so thick it dries very slowly. I was looking for a coat that is not too warm, a coat without a fleece lining. I didn't give myself many chances, but I was lucky! I found this coat from RC. This is especially for dogs that don't need extra warmth but do love some protection from wet weather. We tested it many days, we don't mind the rain, we still go to the beach to play! He had to get used to the coat the first time and was frozen in time but as soon as he saw his ball he passed out and the coat didn't slow him down at all! The coat is holding up great! Sits great, even when running and jumping it doesn't slip or loosen. The quality is much better than I expected. I thought it was a plastic material, but it's actually a very good material, similar to a human raincoat. The end goes all the way to his tail, unlike some other patterns that end halfway to his back. It is easy to put on and thanks to the Velcro it fits many dog models. I can really recommend this coat for dogs that don't need extra warmth but need protection from the rain.
