Daughter wanted this for her hoodies. I have never installed grommets and surprisingly found these tools to be very easy to use! There were pictures in the instructions that helped a lot. A hole punch won't work for the sweatshirt fabric (too thick) so I just used it to mark where to cut and then used small thread snips to cut a tiny hole. I've found that this works best if you're making the bushings on a hard, hard surface like a granite countertop, make sure everything is lined up properly and the tool is centered on the bushing. I used a small hammer and hit it hard about 15 times and each time the arrow landed perfectly! I also like the storage box. It's solid and the lock works great. I highly recommend this set!
