It is easy to use and very convenient. It comes in a pack of two so my favorite thing is that I can do both arms at the same time, it saves me time and I can compare the strength of both arms. It would be better if it had a number counting system. This is the third grip enhancer I'm using, the other two were from a different brand so I can compare the quality of the product. You can easily adjust the strength to suit your needs. I usually use it for muscle building in the front and sometimes for wrist pain.
