Systems cannot be reset

I bought this because it advertised the ability to reset parking brakes and other systems. Haven't found a car to drop off yet. OBD and scan function work perfectly. I really like these tools for their charting abilities, but I have yet to find a tool that can display charts just as easily. I just want to change the refresh rate of the chart.
