Advisor has helped us at our organization in a variety of ways. It's been used for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and it's even been used as a tool for our leadership development program. I haven't found anything that I dislike about this product other than the ability to create custom reports could be more robust. We have been able to use Advisor to help with our annual talent assessments. This allows us to be proactive in identifying potential issues with current employees and giving them opportunities to improve their performance. Our leadership team uses Advisor to manage our performance goals and monitor progress towards these goals. They also use it to conduct 360 degree reviews.
