Great Tool For Recruiting And Performance Management

Advisor has helped us at our organization in a variety of ways. It's been used for recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and it's even been used as a tool for our leadership development program. I haven't found anything that I dislike about this product other than the ability to create custom reports could be more robust. We have been able to use Advisor to help with our annual talent assessments. This allows us to be proactive in identifying potential issues with current employees…

Pros
  • Easy interface

The survey creation process is very intuitive and I didn't have any issues with creating or using surveys. I also liked that I could create questionnaires for different types of employees, including managers and supervisors. There are many features that can be customized, but some things were difficult to find (like the

Great tool that helps manage employee lifecycle

I like how easy Advisors makes it for me, as an HR leader/manager of multiple locations, to view details about each hire in one place! It also has useful analytics features such as "Hire Score" which quantifies risk factors regarding candidate performance or behavior during onboarding process - this can be used by leadership teams to have thoughtful conversations with candidates who may not otherwise fit well within our culture (such as those considered high performers).
